VICTORIA: A family name for the most personal of our creations. Over the generations, five women, all with great personality, have shared the name of Victoria in the Diez-Caballero family: 1881: Victoria Sáenz of Navarrete, was famed for her elegance. 1909: Victoria García brought finesse. 1942: Victoria Cañas is well-known for her love of people. 1972: Victoria Diez-Caballero shows great passion in everything she does. 2001: Victoria Castellanos is always full of happiness & hope for the future. These five qualities have inspired this great wine. The best, old vines from three different vineyards, together with processes of malolactic fermentation & ageing in French oak barrels for a period of 18 months, all contribute to the quality of this wine. Antonio Diez-Caballero´s hard work, care & vigilance together with Manuel Ruiz Hernández´s esteemed knowledge of winemaking, means that every bottle is affectionately cherished throughout its creation.
