It was Manuel Ruiz Hernández, our great friend and winemaker, who first highlighted the quality of our 40-year-old white grape vines. These grafted varieties are planted on higher altitude plots, together with Viura vines & so create a wine, which differs from others on the market. Over the last 10 years, we have made a concerted & ongoing effort to perfect this wine. Annual production ranges from between 2,000 & 4,500 bottles
