Manuel Ruiz Hernández, our friend and winemaker drew our attention to the quality of our white grapes when he was 40 years old. Over the last 10 years we have done a special effort to further improve our Viura white fermented in barrels. Grapes received are passed over a selection table , fermentation is made in new French oak barrels and a limited production from 2000 to 4500 bottles/year is offered.
